    Abstract
    The abstract presents the design and implementation of a Bus Ticket Reservation System tailored for Felester Bus Company operating in Lira District. The system aims to streamline the process of booking bus tickets for passengers, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Through this system, passengers can conveniently reserve seats, select departure dates and destinations, and make payments online. The system incorporates user-friendly interfaces for both passengers and administrators, ensuring seamless interaction and management. Additionally, it features robust security measures to safeguard sensitive passenger information and transactions. The implementation of this system is anticipated to optimize operational processes for Felester Bus Company, ultimately improving service delivery and competitiveness in the transportation industry and hence presenting chapter one to chapter six with explanations to it. Chapter 1: Chapter one has basically introduced to us the Background of our case study, the problem statement that gives us an overview of the problem. Chapter 2: Chapter Two of the literature review provides a comprehensive overview of existing research and scholarly works related to teacher absenteeism, particularly in the context of jubilee 2000 ss, Uganda and the world at large. Chapter 3: Chapter 3 of a research covers the methodology used in the study. It explains briefly about the data flow diagrams. This chapter hereby introduces you to chapter 4 which is artefact implementation. Chapter 4: Overall, the research methodology for online bus reservation system involves a systematic approach to identifying, developing, and evaluating enhancements to improve the system's performance and usability both to users and the company and the screenshot as well. Chapter 5: This chapter covers presentation of the results and findings of the results. Chapter 6: Captures Recommendation, conclusions, and the references where some contents of this report can be found.
