    Abstract
    The current research has been made to analyses, to design, to test and to implement a web service that will help reduce Vote rigging at AFRU during student general elections This area is made to serve as a summary of the research work. The chapter one introduces the entire work by specifying the key research features that include the background, the motivation, the problem, the objectives, and the scope of the research. The chapter two talks about today’s challenges faced by students electro commission during or while conducting the general university election of the guild council. It also looks at the technology which will be implemented in accordance to the research to combat vote rigging. The chapter three underlines the different methods used in data correction of the current system used by AFRU electro committee which are interviewing the students and use of questionnaires. The chapter four talks about the description of the different techniques that were used not only to understand the various units but also to provide a basis for developing the E-Voting system. The chapter five talks about the testing of the E-voting system. It talks also about different steps in system testing and looks at different programing languages and different platforms that enabled the researcher to come out with the designed system. The chapter six provides the recommendations for the system.
